Whether you are buying or selling a home or land, you want the best deal for you.  Buyers want the lowest price.  Sellers want the highest price.  No matter which side of the deal you are on you want the best negotiator working for you.  I have over 30 years of negotiating experience.  I was raised by a father who had an antique store, flea market, and auctioneering business for over 20 years in Athens County.  I learned as he bought and sold items.  He also taught me how to negotiate contracts.  I worked in the store, negotiated sales at the flea markets and assisted in handling many of the auctioneering contracts.  Furthermore, I had the unique opportunity to be trained by the United States negotiator who represented the U.S. in the nuclear arms reduction during Ronald Regan’s presidency.

I also have worked for Utility companies for over 30 years in their land Dept. negotiating land purchases and easements. Plus a few years of selling real estate in South Carolina and now in Ohio. Get an experienced expert negotiator to represent your next real estate transaction.  No real estate deal is too small or too large to need a great negotiator.  Choose Jay Gardner with proven experience.
Home is where the heart is, it has been said.  I was born in Nelsonville, Ohio at Mr. St. Mary’s Hospital.  My home town is Jacksonville, Ohio.  When I was in Kindergarten we moved to the South end of Athens, Ohio.  We then bought our first brand new home on Far Hills Drive, Athens, Ohio.  We moved back to Jacksonville during my sophomore year in high school.  I spent a ton of time playing sports in Glouster, New Lexington, Zanesville, Logan, Nelsonville, and Athens.  I Graduated from Trimble Local High School.  After attending Marietta College for one year, I returned to Athens and eventually received my Associates Degree from O.U.
